Shipping & handling costs
Shipping costs are split up in three areas: the Netherlands, Europe and the rest of the World. These costs will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the items and your address information.

Shipping methods
Orders will be sent through normal post. However, if you prefer a secure or express shipping method, please let me know through the "Notes" field (below where you fill in your address) or by email and we can work out the details.
Payment methods
There are two methods of payment: if you live in the Netherlands or the EU, a bank transfer is prefered. If you aren't able to pay via bank transfer or live somewhere outside of the EU, you can pay via Paypal. After confirming the order you will receive an email with the bank account and Paypal details.
Oh dear, I haven't received my confirmation email!
Sometimes, emails are sent out slowly by the mailserver. Sometimes, emails end up in spam folders. But if you haven't received a confirmation email within a couple of hours, something must have gone wrong in the big bad cyberspace... In that case, try to re-order, or contact me.
Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions:
- Items will be reserved for you for ten working days after your order is placed. If payment isn't received within that time period, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Shipping will take place within 5 working days after receiving payment.
- I cannot be held responsible for loss of items in the mail.
- Some items have limited availability, items go on a first come, first serve basis.
- All sales are final, returning items is not possible.
